ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

Simply send the advertised keyword via SMS to short code 3040 to join the Pizza Haven Text Club.

Each SMS costs $0.50 inc GST.

Entries to 3040 are accepted from any Vodafone, TelstraClear, Telecom Mobile or Boost Mobile SMS capable phone.  

SMS PROMOTION TERMS OF USE

Specified entry instructions form part of these Terms of Use.

Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand    except for employees of Pizza Haven, The Outfit Ltd, The Hyperfactory Ltd their agencies or their families.

SMS entry is open to Telecom New Zealand, Boost Mobile 025 & 027 and Vodafone/Telstra Clear 021 and 029 customers with SMS capable phones.

You may enter multiple times.

The promoter has the right to restrict participation of any entrant into the grand prize draw if any abuse of the system is suspected. In the case of restricted access, any entries made into the grand prize draw through the SMS mechanic will not be delivered nor valid.  The entrant will still be liable for any SMS costs.

All messages to 3040 for the duration of this promotion cost $0.50 including GST.

You must be the owner of the mobile phone to enter via SMS.

No responsibility accepted for non-receipt for any reason of any SMS.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the promotion and to update these terms and conditions without notice.

All entries become property of Promoter. Entry into promotion is entry to the Pizza Haven Text Club and provides permission for further contact via SMS from Pizza Haven.

Pizza Haven takes your privacy seriously. Entrants' details will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional contact until requested otherwise by the entrant. Information provided will not be disclosed to third parties.

Promoters decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.

WINNERS

Prize winners will be advised via SMS and / or via a call to their mobile phone.

For the avoidance of doubt, whomever the promoter contact or are contacted by as the case may be, must inform the promoter who the owner of the mobile phone is. In case of mobile ownership dispute over a prize claim, it is the responsibility and full cost of the owner to prove such ownership.

The promoter reserve the right to conduct security verification check at their absolute discretion.

SMS  ENTRY CONFIRMATION

All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database, NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

Any SMS text messages sent to 3040 will be so at the cost of the participant and will cost $0.50 including GST.
